The honey bee breeding project is considered one of the most promising projects in Egypt and in Menoufia Governorate in particular, due to the mild climate throughout the year and then the abundance of nectar and pollen sources and the succession of flowering plants. It has taken a lot from the governorates to encourage farmers through food security by giving them advances to establish beehives in order to achieve an increase in agricultural production, raise the standard of living for the Egyptian farmer, increase job opportunities and reduce the problem of The unemployment. Small and medium enterprises are one of the important components of the program of economic reform and trade liberalization that the Egyptian government is implementing.
